Cost: $45 per student (this covers transportation, registration and box dinner)
Information sheets and permission forms are going home with students later this week, and will be available on the RHS Band website.
Please make checks payable to Roosevelt Band Boosters and return with permission form to the Marching Band Box in the Band Room or by mail to RHS Band, PO Box 15617, Seattle WA 98115 by Monday, March 2nd, 2015. Please return permission slips and payment no later than Monday, March 2. If your student has not turned in a completed Health Form, please find that on the RHS Band website: http://www.riderband.org/forms.html
Students without a Health Form cannot attend!
Schedule for Friday March 6th:
9:00am: Arrive at RHS Band Room and load buses
9:30am: Depart for Ellensburg
11:30am-12:00pm: Listen to Bands perform (subject to change depending on arrival time)
12:00pm: Lunch Break (subject to change depending on arrival time)
2:00pm: Symphonic Band Performs
6:00pm: Depart for Seattle
8:00pm: Arrive RHS (approximately)
What to Bring:
$15 for lunch on campus (a box dinner on the bus ride home will be provided)
Symphonic Band members, bring your instruments and music!
What to Wear:
Symphonic Band: black on black concert attire (including black socks/ shoes), should be clean and comfortable. You will be wearing it all day.
Concert Band: dress neatly in school clothes.
Everyone: bring a jacket or hoodie as Ellensburg is cold and windy!
Chaperones:
We will need five or six chaperones to help the trip coordinator. Please let us know as soon as possible if you can join us. If needed, you will find the SPS Background Check form on the website.
